My tagger sized scrap kits will always be free.

There are too many people making them and trying to make a buck on PSPers.

Granted...there are some awesome talents out there and maybe they think they should earn a few bucks off their kits.

I say this is fine...if you're making full sized kits that are printed out and used in scrap books and the like.

Since many artists have gone "pay to use" too many scrap kit makers (the kits made for digital scrapping only) have followed suit and decided to charge for their kits.

PSPers are getting hit every which way with too many fees to make their PSPing enjoyable.

My scrap kits are made with the PSPers in mind.

It is my goal to make all my tagger sized kits and tubes "free to use" with limited restrictions.

I make tagger sized digital scrap kits.

Feel free to share my scrap kits with anyone that you think will like them.

You may share them in your groups...or anywhere else...but I ask that you share the link to my blog along with the scrap.

This way they can check out everything I have posted.

If you want to just share a particular kit, please make sure you share the kit in it's entirety.

Please don't pick apart the kit and share just bits and pieces.
You can use my kits for contests, websites..anything at all...as long as you adhere to my Terms Of Use.

You may use my scrap kits for anything with exceptions of the following:

No commercial use or monetary gain from my kits.

If you want to use my kits in this way please email me for permission.

Do not use on any site which contains pornography or hate messages of any kind.

Do not claim any part of my kits as your own.

Kit is not to be sold or added to a collection of kits to be sold.

You may use my kits with Pay To Use artists, such as those you can buy at CILM, Up Your Art, etc. as long as you adhere to their terms of use.

There is no need to put my copyright on the tags, stats, etc. that you make using my kits and a pay to use artist.

You may resize, color, animate...anything you want to as long as my other TOU are followed.

You may share my kits in all your groups, Yahoo groups, etc as long as you share the kit in it's entirety..including this TOU file. (TOU file is included in every download)

Please do not change file names.
